How much does a clean cost?
Each cleaner sets their own hourly rate. You see the full price, including Fresh Nest's small booking fee, before you enter any card details.
When am I charged?
Only once your cleaner accepts your request. If they don't accept within 24 hours, the request lapses and you're not charged.
What if something goes wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean. Your cleaner's payment is held during that window while we help put it right.
Are the cleaners employed by Fresh Nest?
No. Cleaners are independent and self-employed. They choose their own hours, rates and jobs. We check them, handle payments and support both sides.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your clean. You also have a legal 14-day right to cancel after booking.
